About Shivaji Maharaj Foundation: In February 2023, Sri CS Chavan, a devoted follower of Sree Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, established our foundation. Proceeding with a clear mission in mind, we strive to preserve and promote the enduring legacy of this great leader. In addition, we actively uphold the principles of courage, justice, and leadership, ensuring that Shivaji Maharaj’s ideals resonate with future generations. Working hand-in-hand with Vice Chairman K Anil, we tirelessly inspire national pride and unity through our various initiatives. Through these combined efforts, we aim to build a stronger, more unified India.
Our Campaigns
National Holiday For National Hero
At the Sree Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Foundation, we proudly honour Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, a national hero whose vision and valour profoundly shaped our history. Building on this reverence, we strongly advocate for officially recognizing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti, celebrated on February 19th, as Hindavi Swarajya Abhiyan Divas. Through this specific designation, we will not only pay tribute to his remarkable contributions but simultaneously inspire future generations with his courage and leadership. With this goal in mind, we invite you to join us in championing this important cause, thereby ensuring that everyone celebrates and remembers the enduring legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Free Education
At its core, our program champions inclusion, equity, and empowerment, thereby ensuring that everyone gains access to quality education. Simultaneously, we focus on holistic development and, as a direct result, work to enhance the quality of life for all through our dedicated efforts. In particular, by offering free skill development courses, our foundation actively bridges educational gaps and fosters personal growth. Ultimately, we not only provide teaching but also equip individuals with the tools they need to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society. Chalivendram
With a deep commitment to public health, our foundation launched the Chalivendram initiative to provide free, clean drinking water to the people of Hyderabad. Right from the outset, our team worked tirelessly to bring this project to life, and ultimately, it has finally become a reality. In light of the significant challenge of accessing clean drinking water in the state, Chalivendram stands out as a truly much-needed initiative. Furthermore, to ensure the long-term success of this project, our team simultaneously established a system to monitor water quality, thereby guaranteeing it consistently meets the required standards.
Our Motive
First and foremost, Shivaji Maharaj’s legacy inspires us to protect cows, deeply reflecting his reverence for their cultural and religious significance. Consequently, by teaching his values, we actively instil pride and strength in children. Simultaneously, his contributions to the Navy, Army, and defence, coupled with his pioneering guerrilla warfare, inspire our youth to serve with honour. Beyond these military feats, his strict code for respecting women, tireless efforts to rebuild temples, and vision for rural development highlight his transformative leadership. Furthermore, by promoting religious tolerance, efficient governance, and the Guru-Sishya bond, Shivaji Maharaj ignites a timeless flame of courage and justice. In essence, our foundation strives to make everyone respect women, cows, and culture, and to serve the country just as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj did.
